Arrived to a very clean home which sits on the 13th hole of golf course. We had a a lot of fun talking with the golfers and watching them play.
We stayed at the property the entire time as we loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen. We did enjoy watching football on the large screen.
The family had a great time, because we believe being with each other is the best life can offer. Plus the accommodations were perfect for our group.

Beautiful home located on the golf course. Elk and deer roamed by. Very close to both Nelson Farm and The Lodge and Inn, even though it's on a quiet neighborhood street. Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome with some lights already turned on for us, the TV set to low music for ambience. Five total bedrooms (4 of them with king-sized beds), each with its own en suite bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. Gourmet kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook a large meal, and it never felt crowded with 3 cooks moving about. Plenty of seating throughout the house for a large gathering, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the golf course and forest view from the patio, and made s'mores at the fire table. Huge 8-person hot tub and garage game rooms were also nice amenities. There was so much space for all of us to gather and have fun together, but it was also cozy and nice to retreat to our individual bedroom sanctuaries at the end of the day. There were a lot of thoughtful, hospitable touches throughout the house, including tasteful and well-appointed decor and furnishings. The house is light and bright, and very comfortable. The responsive and professional communications from the property management team was also top-notch in terms of customer service. We truly enjoyed our time here, and I give major props to the rental team who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of during our stay!

Our family reunion (13 people) had a wonderful time in Casa Mia. We had a great view of the 13th hole of Prospector golf course, which was fun for my 84 year old father to sit and watch. It is very quiet and we saw deer walk through the yard a few times! The beds were very comfortable (on the firm-side but great), showers were wonderful, A/C worked well (it was in the 90s/100s) and the garbage was picked up and hot tub was serviced while we were there (just a scheduled maintenance). The game room was perfect for the teens (skeeball machine was out of batteries, but lots of other games to play) and the house was clean and organized. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware which was great because the dishwasher takes 2-3 hours to run even on express setting. Keep in mind you cannot put any food down the kitchen sink (septic system) even though there is a garbage disposal installed. There were a few stains on the couches/chairs, but otherwise the house is in great condition and clean upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this house for larger groups.

This house is new and beautifully designed with little touches like blankets rolled up in baskets next to the fireplace to make our stay cozy. Love that each bedroom we used (4) had a king bed and en-suite so all four of us ladies felt like a princess and didn’t have to draw straws to see who is going to be stuck in a kids room. The location couldn’t be better. Super quiet with a view of the golf course. We look forward to staying here again. Also, my impression so far of Vacation Rental 365 is that they are a higher end company with a great selection of luxury houses so I will use them over other rental websites.

Also, my impression so far of Vacation Rental 365 is that they are a higher end company with a great selection of luxury houses so I will use them over other rental websites.

Nice, clean house, beautiful view of the golf course in the backyard. Worked out great for our group which included 4 families (8 adults/8 kids). Kinda seemed like there was a lot more rules than other rentals we’ve stayed in but we didn’t have any issues and can respect the property is newer and then wanting to maintain it well. Would stay here again.

Wonderful house, perfect inside and out. We had 5 bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Lots of space and a super fun gameroom. Great time had by all.
