Very nice area and home.; well stocked and clean. Very accommodating owner who found a place to store our boat that could not be kept in Suncadia (note to others!) This would be a nice place for winter stays as well. VRBO answered our questions quickly and was very accommodating. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Friends and family from across the US came together to celebrate a birthday and it was so much fun. The house had all we needed to make family meals, the kids were so happy with the activities and it was so easy to get around.

This house is wonderful and packed full of things that all of our family enjoyed. From the game room to the fire pit to the hot tub, everything is set to have a fun and relaxing time in a great location. We also saw deer, elk and turkeys outside the windows.

We celebrated two adult January birthdays with our adult children and grandchildren. Four separate families, 8 Adults, 5 grandchildren ranging from 1-9 years old, as well as our teacup yorkie.
There was plenty of room for dining, living, game room, bed and bathrooms ample for our entire Chaos!
The location was walking distance to the winery, and park and plenty of trails to enjoy along the way.

The home was very welcoming, clean, fireplaces on and a lit Christmas tree. We had 14 people staying, so there wasn't much privacy. The pullout bed in the loft on the listng, was missing. Management was not able to locate the missing bed, which was disapponting and made our sleeping arrangements difficult. Also, the soap dispenser on the dishwasher didn't work and dishes came out dirty. Management was resonsive, but didn't fix the problems.

Amazing beautiful house right on the fairway. Elk and deer visited regularly. Wild turkeys running around just a magical spot so close to the city. My son got engaged we had the whole family out. Made a spectacular dinner in their awesome kitchen. If you have a large family and want to make family memories look no further!

5 of us stayed in this house to celebrate my finaces 30th birthday. The game room is why we rented this house over others and it did not disappoint. Definitely the icing on our cake! I had noticed others' comments about having to walk through a bedroom to access the other.. this indeed was a little odd but we didn't need the adjacent room so it didn't bother us. We had a great experience with VR 365's responsiveness and notification system. Having rented with a lot of other rental companies I was very pleased with their text and email reminders of our vacation summary and house information.

Could not be more pleased with this rental. The communication was excellent, the place clean and has all you could possibly need for a great weekend. The kitchen is gorgeous and easy to work in, the bed was extremely comfy, directions on how to use things great. We had a small issue when we arrived because there was a broken window obviously from a golf ball, but they handled it with no problems.
Yes, it shows some wear and tear. You won't notice it when you sit in the little book reading nook next to the door or go outside for a nice hot tub under the trees.
The Suncadia resort can be a little tricky to navigate but once you get it down, you will be fine.
I would return if we every needed a great family weekend venue. Especially liked the fireplace in the master bedroom.
